Tanger Outlets has been operating since just before Black Friday of last year. With a little luck and determination by developers, Tanger outlet will have some new, popular neighbors by Black Friday 2018.
The North American Development Group has announced plans and a schedule for building and completing Tomoka Town Center. Much like the Port Orange Pavilion, Tomoka Town Center is being touted as a “power lifestyle center” by North American Managing Partner Jeff Preston.

In addtion to the 60+ Tanger stores already in place, Hobby Lobby will be adding a location and Academy Sports + Outdoors will also be soon under construction. It was previously announced that Sam’s Club will build a member-based retail warehouse store within the complex.

I would LOVE to see a COSTCO move into the area! Closest ones to Daytone Beach are Jacksonville & Altamonte Springs..
