CBL Properties, owner and manager of Volusia Mall, today announced plans to add Bonefish Grill, Metro Diner and The Casual Pint Craft BeerMarket as part of the redevelopment of the former Sears Auto Center at the property.
The Casual Pint Craft BeerMarket will open a 2,000-square-foot location, its first in the state of Florida. The Casual Pint offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with a focus on Craft Beer. Metro Diner, another new-to-market addition, will open a 3,400-square-foot location, and Bonefish Grill will open a 5,400-square-foot restaurant. All three will offer outdoor patio seating. Additional tenants planned as part of the project will be announced as leases are executed.
“We are excited to welcome these new restaurant options to Volusia Mall,” said Wayne Bohl, general manager, Volusia Mall. “Our goal is provide area residents and visitors an unparalleled experience with offerings that cannot be found anywhere else in the market. We look forward to celebrating the openings later this year.”
A second former Sears Auto Center redevelopment project is planned for another property owned by CBL at Northgate Mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
